When you go to the update page, use the html tab, not the rich text, then type out the wording you want for the link wherever you want to put it in your post.
Highlight the wording, and click on the little icon at the top of the update box that has the globe and links. That should open up another dialogue box, and you C&P the htmo for the link in there.
