Sorry to be off topic, but was just going over missed posts over at LGF and saw the Guderian comment. He was actually a superb combat leader and lead the 2nd (?) Panzer Army during Operation Barbarossa on the Eastern Front. Panzerarmee leaders: Hoth, Kleist, Guderian, Hoepner. Additionally, Guderian was virtually the ONLY officer who would speak his mind to Hitler, hence his loss of command.
